Description

Description

Origin: Polish variety, breeder Szczepan Marczynski, on sale since 2025.

  • Flowers: creamy white in tone, approximately 11-12 cm in diameter, fragrant.

  • Height: 2-2.5 m high with support.

  • Blooming period: late May, June.

  • Pruning group: second.
  • Winter hardiness: very good winter hardiness and frost resistance.

Planting and growing conditions

    • Site selection: In a sunny location (at least 6 hours a day), or in partial shade. It is recommended that the flowers be in the sun, but the roots shaded: “head in the sun, feet in the shade”

    • Soil: Humus-rich, well-drained soil, pH 5.5-6.5

    • Recommendation: mound sand around the plant's root collar, mixed in a 1:1 ratio with deciduous tree ash. This protects clematis from fungal diseases and rots. Can be mulched with neutralised peat or pine bark mulch.

    • Fertilising: In spring, scatter slow-release Osmocot 4-6 months fertiliser around the plant and work it into the soil, or use a compound NPK fertiliser.
  • Use in the garden

Excellent for a fence, house wall, terrace, arch, on a balcony in a container, by a sturdy support as a specimen plant in a bed.
