Floribundrozes

Floribundrozes jeb ķekarrozes – visiecienītākās apstādījumu rozes.Tās ir vidēji 40-70cm augstas, ļoti ātraudzīgas. Ziedi parasti 6-10cm diametrā, izkārtojušies ķekaros pa 3-10, bet atsevišķos gadījumos pat līdz 25 ziediem vairogveida ziedkopās. Ziedu pildījums ļoti atšķirīgs – no atvērtiem kausiņiem līdz nostaļģiski pievilcīgām ziedu rozetēm. Šo rožu stādi parasti ir ļoti salizturīgi. Pat pēc bargām ziemām, kad krūmi salā mēdz būt cietuši līdz pat augsnes virskārtai, no iepriekšējos gados augušo apakšējo dzinumu snaudošajiem pumpuriem, kas ir zem substrāta, veidojas veselīgi jaunie dzinumi, kas ātrā laikā lieliski ataug, veidojot kuplu un bagātīgi ziedošu krūmu.
